I don't employ full commission sales people to push floor models. My Designers and Furniture Consultants are here to help you place attractive and functional furniture in your home. Yes, they will even drive out to your home to consult. For free!

QUALITY

During my life, I have built small boats and furniture. I have repaired, rebuilt and refinished 100's of furniture items. My experience is that furniture made of synthetic materials is only cost effective in the short run. Poor quality doesn't wear well, wastes our earth's resources and will not be serviceable for the next generation. Wood furniture is always admired.

WARRANTIES

Our major suppliers warrant their products, stock repair parts (oh, your children never busted something?) and can service your problems even if you move out of town. Great companies help us help you!

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

You don't deserve return credits, re-stocking fees and pick up charges. If you are not happy, it is our fault. Our guarantee is printed on your invoice: "Full refund within seven days of receipt for goods (original condition). Rejected goods must be made immediately available to the Seller. Refund issued when the Seller has the goods." Florida Statutes, Section 501.142.

FREE DELIVERY

Our delivery men are insured employees, not gypsy contractors. Our personnel will help you to re-arrange or take away your old furniture. They can properly assemble your new furniture, demonstrate the options built into your furniture and explain how to care for your new furniture. If you value your time, you will be pleased to know that our "Accommodation Rate" (when you want it) is 95%. Our "On Time Rate" (plus or minus 15 minutes) is 90%.
